Important Dates and
Deadlines For Spring
2007
Many students are sometimes uninformed of critical deadlines until it is too late. So take a minute to review this handout and make sure you are aware of any that apply to you.
January 2007:
Wednesday, Jan. 10th – This is the last day for add/drop and registration for the Spring 2007 semester.
Friday, Jan. 19th - Deadline for opting out of the Students’ Union Health and Dental Plan. For more information stop by the Students’ Union in room SU180, or visit their webpage at http://www.ulsu.ca/
February 2007:
Thursday, Feb. 1st – Deadline for payment of tuition fees for the Spring 2007 semester. Fees are payable through online banking or at the Cash Office located in AH144. (Phone: (403) 329-2469).
Wednesday, Feb. 7th – Deadline for submission of Grade Appeal forms from courses completed in the Fall 2006 semester to the Faculty/School office.
Thursday, Feb. 15th - Students must submit Student Program Change forms to the Registrar’s Office and Student Services (ROSS). This is if you want to change your degree, major, minor, etc., for the following semester. For more information visit http://www.uleth.ca/ross, or stop by the Registrar's Office in SU140.
Feb. 19th – 24th - Reading Week!!! NO CLASSES!!!
March 2007:
Thursday, Mar. 1st – Deadline for submitting an application for Graduation for Spring 2007 Convocation.
Thursday, Mar. 15th – Last day for withdrawal from individual courses, or complete withdrawal for the Spring 2007 semester.
Friday, Mar. 16th – First day of registration for continuing students for the Summer Session 2007, and Fall 2007 Semester.
April 2007:
Monday, Apr. 16th – Last day of classes for the Spring 2007 Semester!!
- Last day for application to the Faculty/School Advising Office for Withdrawal with Cause for the Spring 2007 Semester.
Thursday, Apr. 19th – Final Exams Begin. To view your final exam schedule, log onto the Bridge, and look under registration at your personal final exam schedule.
Friday, Apr. 27th – Final Exams End!!
